i found the hotel to be beautiful and well-located. the staff members were gentle and always ready to help (i especially appreciated their kindness). the breakfast offered many options and was very good. i would definitely return to this hotel in the future.
the walls were not soundproofed adequately. i could hear noises from the corridor or neighboring rooms easily. this made it difficult to have a restful sleep at times.

I loved that the breakfast had many options, especially for vegetarians and vegans! i found the tram stop so close, only about 200 meters away. the staff was very friendly. There were many ukrainian employees! the water pressure was great, even on the fifth floor. I was pleased with the strong shower.
The room wasn't completely soundproof. I could hear some noise from the neighboring rooms.

I found the breakfast room quite excellent. It is a former theatre hall boasting a beautiful ceiling. The room was ready upon arrival, nice for an immediate change, which I appreciated. Yuriy at the reception was consistently available, ready to assist with any inquiries I had. Upon departure, he even thoughtfully arranged a breakfast to go (a very nice touch!).
The soundproofing wasn't ideal. I could hear noises from the corridor at times.

The room was sufficiently large and featured a comfortable bed. a kettle was provided in the room, awesome for convenient tea or coffee preparation. I found the cleanliness of the room quite satisfactory (attention to detail is very important).

the breakfast was very good, it had lots of options. the value was very good to. my room had everything you could want, i had a beautiful double room. location was fine, a tram station was close.
